Do you accept insurance?
We are a private-pay practice and considered out of network for insurance.
What are your fees for therapy?
Two-Part Initial Consultation:
$980
Psychotherapy Sessions:
$290 per 50 min.
$185 per additional 30 min.
$445 per 50 min. for family groups

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. If for any reason a session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the full fee will be charged.
Therapy Sessions
Does every therapy session include two therapists at the same time?
The Ensemble Method, which includes the simultaneous delivery of psychotherapy and bodywork therapy, is a core component of treatment at The Trauma Recovery Place. Depending upon your treatment plan, location and availability, you can also expect to work individually with our therapists.
How often will sessions take place?
Session frequency is entirely dependent upon a client’s individual needs. Sessions may be as often as three times a week, or take place twice a month.
How long do therapy sessions last?
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.
How long can I expect to stay in therapy?
When it comes to the duration of therapy, every client is different. Some clients complete therapy with us within a span of months, while others may work with us for up to five years. Our goal is to meet your goals for a healthy heart and mind.
Do I have to commit to a set number of therapy sessions?
There are no commitments to a set number of therapy sessions, nor do we offer session packages. You have the option to discontinue therapy with us any time you wish.
Does bodywork require the removal of clothing?
This type of bodywork does not require you to remove your clothes.
How long does it take to feel relief?
Most clients can feel a shift in their nervous system within their first session.
Do you offer virtual therapy?
Your treatment plan may consist of individual psychotherapy and energy sessions delivered virtually, alongside in-person Ensemble therapy sessions.
Do you prescribe medication?
We do not prescribe medication.
Do you work with other therapists?
We offer consultation for other treaters to help problem-solve complex cases. We also work in tandem with other psychotherapists, providing bodywork while they provide talk therapy. This arrangement helps clients who have an established, secure attachment with their primary psychotherapist.
